Shipment and FAQ

We take care of all the flight/shipping arrangements for all our customers. All you have to do is pick up your bird at your nearest airport within 48 hours  or pay for express shipping that will take  just 5 -6 hrs. Simple and Safe! We only ship via wrightflyers Express. (Shipping details & FAQ’s below).

We will coordinate flight times with our customer a few days in advance before the bird is being shipped (weather permitting). The customer is supplied with the airline, flight number(s), air waybill/tracking number, and flight arrival time prior to departure. It is recommended that the customer arrive at the airport no later than the expected flight arrival time so that your bird is not waiting at the airport for any length of time.

We will contact our customer once again on the day of shipment before the bird departure our aviary. A return call, text or e-mail to Parrots Care aviary letting us know that the bird(s) arrived safely is greatly appreciated.

Shipping is an additional $350 for normal shipping and  express shipping will cost $550 nationwide.

Any kitten that leaves our catiary must be paid in full before the  cat is shipped.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return the cat from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your cat must be in the same condition that you received.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your cat needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your cat back, we will inspect the cat and notify you that we have received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How does shipping work?

We’ll drop off the bird at our airport and the customer will pick up the bird at their nearest major airport. Customers is supplied with the airline, flight number(s), air waybill number, and flight arrival time prior to departure.

Is shipping safe for the kittens?

Yes, of course!!! Our pet carriers are well designed to ensure our kittens  enjoy their flight to their destination. We provide food, water and soft bedding inside the shipping carriers to make sure the baby is comfortable while traveling. In addition, we train our kittens  to be in a pet carrier daily for a few mins to ensure they don’t get stressed while traveling during their flight.

Do we guarantee our shipping?

Yes, all our kittens are guaranteed to arrive at your airport safely. However, immediate inspection is necessary to insure any damage didn’t occur during shipping and the kittens are alive at delivery. We have a 24 hour limit of notification, after deliver of the kittens, of any death at the point of delivery, specified on the order. (Don’t worry, this has never happened)

Do kittens come with a health guarantee?

Yes, all our kittens come with a full health guarantee. We provide our customers with 7 days health guarantee to take the kittens to a cat veterinarian. If a cat veterinarian states that the cat was unfit for sale (not healthy), a certificate/paperwork must be presented to KITTEN SPORT within 24 hours of exam for exchange or full refund of the cat.
